To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the RS 4, Audi is launching a special model, the Audi RS 4 Avant edition 25 years. As the performance flagship of the A4 series, the model boasts impressive driving dynamics. With exclusive interior and exterior details and the iconic Imola Yellow color, it is reminiscent of the Audi RS4* Sport. The Audi RS 5 Sportback performance edition is also receiving a 15 kW (20 PS) power upgrade. Both models are limited to 250 units each.

Heightened emotions: The new competition packages for the Audi RS 4 Avant and Audi RS 5

In the course of some proverbial fine-tuning, Audi Sport GmbH is increasing the sportiness of the Audi RS 4 Avant and Audi RS 5. The new competition package is bursting with extras that both sharpen the cars’ appearance and make for a more emotional driving experience. With its optional coilover suspension (RS sport suspension pro), the competition plus package boasts a maximum in dynamics and driving fun while not compromising its top suitability for everyday use. Sometimes less is more: Reduced insulation between the engine compartment and the interior means the RS 4 Avant and RS 5 will thrill customers with an exciting, next-level sound experience. The potent biturbo V6 has 331 kW (450 PS) of power and a torque of 600 newton meters from 1,900 to 5,000 rpm. The Audi RS 4 Avant and RS 5 with the competition packages will be available from dealers starting July. Prices start at 7.875 euros for the competition package and 11,875 euros for the competition plus package.

Update for the powerful wagon: The new Audi RS 4 Avant

The Audi Sport GmbH has fine-tuned many details of the RS 4 Avant (combined fuel consumption in l/100 km: 9,2 (25.6 US mpg); combined CO₂ emissions in g/km: 211-210 (339.6-338 g/mi)) which was newly introduced in September 2017. The newly designed front section and the sporty interior with the new MMI touch operating system underline the athletic aspirations of the success model, which has a legendary line of ancestors. The high-torque twin-turbo V6 with a power output of 331 kW (450 metric hp) applies an impressive 600 Nm (442.5 lb-ft) of torque to the crankshaft in a broad engine speed range from 1,900 to 5,000 rpm. The RS 4 Avant will make its debut at the DTM finale at the Hockenheimring on 4 to 6 October 2019. Sales in Germany and other European countries will start in October 2019. The new RS 4 Avant will be at dealerships as of December 2019. Prices for the high-performance Avant start at EUR 81,400.
