Mr. Krösche began his professional career in 1997 at Adam Opel AG (now Opel Automobile GmbH), where he held various management positions. After a spell as Sales Manager at Saab Deutschland GmbH, he worked for the FleetLogistics Group from 2006 to 2008 as Operations Director and later Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Krösche has been with the Volkswagen Group since 2008, initially joining as Head of Sales at SEAT Deutschland GmbH. In 2011, he moved to Volkswagen Financial Services AG, where he developed the financial and mobility service provider’s international leasing business. He was also carmobility GmbH’s Managing Director from 2013. From 2017, Knut Krösche held the position of Chief Sales Officer at Volkswagen Leasing GmbH, the leasing business for new and used vehicles for the Group's brands in Germany, Poland, and Italy. He was also in charge of overall sales for banking and leasing business in Germany. More recently, in 2020, he became Head of Digital Business & Mobility Services at Volkswagen's subsidiary, CARIAD SE. Mr. Krösche has been Senior Vice President Retail Business Development, Customer Services at AUDI AG since September 2023. His responsibilities include global parts and accessories sales, logistics, training concepts for sales, aftersales and service technology, as well as the customer care area.

Executive President of Audi México Tarek Mashhour was born in 1965 in Münster (North Rhine‑Westphalia). After leaving school, he studied mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen University. He then gained a doctorate at the Technical University of Hamburg in the field of artificial intelligence. In 1996, he joined Audi as a planner in the Toolmaking division. He then held various management positions within Audi Toolmaking at the Ingolstadt and Neckarsulm sites, in charge of projects for example for the Audi A2, for design technology and for the machine park. Subsequently, Tarek Mashhour was responsible for toolmaking at VW do Brasil. After returning to Audi, he moved to the Procurement division, where he was in charge of purchased‑parts management. In 2009, he was appointed Head of Planning for the Audi’s Neckarsulm, China and Lamborghini plants. After that, he was responsible for production planning at the plants in Brussels (Belgium) and Győr (Hungary), as well as for the planning and implementation of the new Audi plant in San José Chiapa (Mexico). From September 2016, Tarek Mashhour was responsible for the production strategy of AUDI AG, including the key area of digitization. Starting in October 2018, he was the head of series production for electric models at Audi. Since November 1, 2020, Dr. Tarek Mashhour has been Executive President of Audi México.

At quattro GmbH, he was Head of Production, where his responsibilities included the start of production of the first generation of the Audi R8 high-performance sports car at the Audi plant in Neckarsulm. In 2011, Stettner was made Plant and Production Director at FAW/VW Automotive Co. Ltd. in Changchun, China. From January 2016 to April 2021 Helmut Stettner has been Plant Manager at the Audi plant in Neckarsulm. Stettner has been back in China since May 1, 2021, where he is Chief Executive Officer of the Audi FAW NEV Company Ltd. He is responsible for the setting-up of a new production site for fully electric Audi models in Changchun, which he will subsequently lead.
