“Let’s Talk about Progress”: Audi is putting the spotlight on e-mobility at the IAA motor show, which is being held in Munich for the first time this year. At the “House of Progress” on Wittelsbacherplatz, visitors can discover the all-electric Audi grandsphere concept car, which reinterprets both luxury and mobility. Current electric models from Audi’s lineup will be available for test drives in front of the pavilion, including the dynamic Audi RS e-tron GT and the new Audi Q4e-tron. At the adjacent “Charging Experience,” the brand with the four rings will be providing information on current and future charging options. Audi is also engaging IAA visitors in a dialog through its interactive “journey2progress” scavenger hunt that introduces them to the brand’s four key values: sustainability, digitalization, performance, and design.

Another 62 PET bottles are recycled for the carpet. ...that the Audi Q4e-tron has a seat cover made of 45 percent recycled material? The Dinamica fabric looks and feels like suede, but is nearly half recycled polyester. This comes from textiles and PET bottles, for example. By the way, the trunk cover is also made of recycled material. The flooring even contains more than six kilograms of recycled material.
The Audi Media Days have been produced in compliance with all hygiene regulations. All people involved have been tested negative for COVID-19.
In reality, however, it is significantly less eventful – as four Audi employees recently discovered during test drives in the all-electric Audi Q4e-tron.

Welcome aboard: The driver and passengers experience entirely new dimensions in the new Audi Q4e-tron. The spaciousness of the electric compact SUV far exceeds the current class boundaries, and offers an amount of space comparable to that offered in the full-size class. The display concept has also reached a new dimension: The augmented reality head-up display brings the real and virtual worlds together, and the MMI display has a diagonal of up to 11.6 inches (option will be available around the end of the year). The new steering wheel generation with touch operation represents the new electric model’s course for the future. In terms of stowage compartments, the Audi Q4e-tron scores high with a total volume of around 25 liters (0.9 cu ft), and the bottle holders in the top section of the doors are a further highlight. The airy and progressive interior design allows customers to experience the new technology era.
